Account Maintenance:
No, your account number will not change, but your assets are now held at SS&C. The fund numbers will convert from UMB, with a few exceptions due to existing accounts within Bishop Street. Please contact our call center at 1-800-262-9565 for account information.
Contact information may be changed in writing. For information changes regarding name/trust/beneficiary, requests through the form found here with our change form.
Medallion signature guarantees are required in many different scenarios, though mainly with $5,000.00 in redemptions, when account owners change or a minor reaches the age of majority, and transfer on death accounts.
Medallion signature guarantees may be provided by your main financial institution, or please inquire with info@bishopstreetfunds.com for scheduling.
Operational Questions:
You will get your statements quarterly and at the time of activity, sent by Bishop Street Funds. The ticker shown will be BHIAX.
No, your cost basis transfers over. To receive your cost basis information, please contact info@bishopstreetfunds.com or call 1-800-262-9565 and an account representative will be more than happy to assist.

That depends, fees are waived for former shareholders of The Hawaii Municipal Fund (SURFX). In the event of purchasing in a non-fund direct account, notify your broker of fee waiver. Otherwise, the fee breakdown is based on the investment amount.
